I'm in Toronto! Can I pick up my order instead, or have it delivered?
Yes! We can meet at a TTC station for pick-up. I can also hand-delivery your order if you are close to public transportation and there is a safe area to leave the package. Pick-up is free. Hand-delivery is $5 (free over $75!). I will send you a shipping refund before the pick-up or delivery day.
How do I apply perfume oil?
Perfume Oils have a character which is very different from alcohol-based scents. To fully experience the fragrance, you must apply to skin. The oil will react to your body heat and personal skin chemistry. Dab 2-3 drops of the oil to your skin and allow the scent to absorb for a few moments. You may apply as often as needed to freshen the scent.
What does vegan mean?
A vegan is a person who does not eat or use animal ingredients for ethical reasons. It means that there are no animal-derived ingredients in my perfumes, and nothing is animal tested. Yay! freefromharm.org
I want a custom scent or would like you to make a discontinued scent.

I don't like the scents I ordered. Can I return them and have a refund?
I'm sorry I do not give refunds. I highly recommend you purchase samples or 2mls first, to try the scents on your skin. But please message me if you are unsatisfied, and I'll try to make it right!
